Sriram Kalyanaraman is a seasoned BFSI leader with over 36 years of experience across banking, regulation, credit bureaus, and fintech. He is the former Managing Director & CEO of the National Housing Bank (NHB), where he led digital and organizational transformation, introduced risk-based supervision, and achieved the institution’s historic NIL Net NPA status while reducing NPAs by 98% 
His career includes senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, Equifax India, and KBZ Bank Myanmar. At Equifax, he helped scale the bureau to over 250 clients, breaking market monopoly and establishing it as a major industry player . At KBZ Bank, he built and digitized the mortgage business, securing market leadership.
Sriram has contributed to key national initiatives, including stamp duty reform, the RERA Advisory Council, and the RBI Public Credit Registry Task Force. A Digital India Award recipient, he has driven several technology-led governance and process modernization programs 
He currently advises fintechs, NBFCs, and financial institutions on strategy, digital transformation, and performance improvement, bringing deep regulatory, operational, and technological expertise to the industry.

Nirmalya Mukherjee

Nirmalya Mukherjee is a senior transformation and data governance advisor with 28+ years of experience driving large, high-stakes technology change programs for global enterprises and foreign banks operating in tightly regulated markets. Having held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Deloitte, and KPMG, he brings hands-on experience from the front lines of platform modernisation, data transformation, and regulatory-driven change, with a strong focus on turning complex mandates into executable delivery programs.

He has led several mission-critical initiatives around RBI-aligned data localisation, cross-border data flow redesign, cloud and application modernisation under regulatory constraints, and the rollout of federated data platforms that balance global scale with in-country compliance. His work extends beyond architecture into real migration execution—covering large-scale data discovery and classification, legacy-to-cloud data extraction and transformation, controlled reverse migration and purge implementation, parallel runs, and regulator-ready audit evidence. He has also supported global reporting through aggregation, tokenisation, and data virtualisation strategies that preserve oversight while complying with residency rules.

R. Shankar is a seasoned Chartered Banker and C-Suite executive with over three decades of leadership experience across banking, cross-border payments, exchange houses, fintech, operations, and technology. He has held CEO, COO, and Country Head–level roles across the GCC, Africa, and emerging markets, leading highly regulated financial institutions with full responsibility for P&L, governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.

Shankar is known for driving business transformation, modernizing technology platforms, and scaling multi-country operations while strengthening governance and stakeholder engagement. As General Manager and Country Head of Al Mulla International Exchange Company in Kuwait, he led over 1,000 employees across 100+ branches and spearheaded key digital and operational transformation initiatives.

He currently serves as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair for an Indian technology company and advises boards and investors globally on strategy, governance, and enterprise transformation.
