Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services to generate leads.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior sales or calling experience will be preferred.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
Other Details
- Sunday working, if required, will be compensated with a Comp Off.
